We want our guests to feel free and comfortable at Rågeboda Lake House. At the same time, we kindly ask you to treat the house, the surrounding nature and the special conditions of this place with care.

Smoke-free house and property

Rågeboda Lake House is completely smoke-free. Please do not smoke inside the house, on the property, on the terrace or close to the house.

This helps us preserve the quality of the house, the surroundings and the stay for all guests.

No parties or events

The house is a quiet place for rest, nature, work, retreat and time together. Parties, events or loud celebrations are not allowed.

Quiet and consideration

Please be considerate of the surroundings and avoid loud music or noise, especially in the evening and at night.

Shoes inside

We kindly ask you to take off outdoor shoes inside the house. This helps keep the parquet floor, rugs and living areas clean, well cared for and welcoming for the next guests.

Water from our own well

The house is supplied with excellent drinking water from our own well. Especially during dry summer periods, we kindly ask you to use water consciously and avoid unnecessary consumption.

Windows, balcony doors and terrace

When leaving the house, please close the balcony doors and the terrace umbrella. Windows should either be closed or left only in the safe ventilation position.

Grill and open fire

Grilling is possible on the terrace. A charcoal grill and accessories are located in the small tool shed.

Open fire may be prohibited by the municipality during dry periods. If open fires are allowed, we are happy to provide a fire bowl for our guests. Please use open fire only after prior agreement and never leave it unattended.

Damages and problems

If something is damaged or not working properly, please let us know directly. This allows us to help quickly and keep the house in good condition for the next guests.

Number of guests

The house may only be used by the number of guests included in the booking. Additional overnight guests are only possible by prior agreement.

Check-out

Please leave the house tidy, close windows and doors and place the key back in the key box.
